The Watson Headache® legal documents are assembled and listed here, with a short overview of each, for those who register to participate in the offerings of the Watson Headache® Institute and those who use Watson Headache® websites and social media platforms.
It is a requirement that registrants for Watson Headache® Institute courses, programs and webinars acknowledge having read the Intellectual Property and Conditions of Use documents at the time of registering for an Institute course/program/webinar/symposium/event/offering.
In person course attendees are also required to sign an offline copy of the ‘Conditions of Use’ document prior to the commencement of their course.

Permission to use name Watson Headache® Certified Practitioner for course attendees who have completed all three courses, Foundation, Consolidation and Certification.
Charter for Use of Content:
Acknowledging Watson Headache® Institute content is an important ethical principle in respect of the Institute’s intellectual and copyright rights. The Institute expects past course attendees to acknowledge and reference cited Institute Content in order to establish the origin of ideas.
