This Directory Disclaimer and Terms of Use for Practitioners is taken as accepted by users on using or uploading information into the Directory. Users who are practitioners and who use or upload are also governed by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Watson Headache® Institute Pty Ltd placed on its website. Practitioners must ensure all their information in the Directory is accurate, current and not misleading. Watson Headache® will remove from the Directory any practitioner deemed by the Institute to be operating contrary to requirements in the Institute’s following public legal documents – Intellectual Property Notice, Conditions of Use, Marketing Permission Given to Course Attendees, Permission Agreement to Use the Name or Charter for Use of Content. To the full extent permitted by law, Watson Headache® disclaims any and all liability for any malpractice claims, professional practice prohibitions, regulations or compliance needs on practitioners or their practice personnel by any professional regulatory body or applicable law in the legal jurisdiction in which those practitioners and personnel practice or their patients reside.
