Intellectual Property Notice
For Watson Headache® Institute Courses, Programs, Webinars, Events, Publications, both online and offline (“Institute Offerings”):
This Intellectual Property Notice applies to all courses, programs, webinars, events, publications and offerings including the Level 1 Foundation, Level 2 Consolidation, Level 3 Certification and Level 4 Facilitation courses provided by Watson Headache® Institute Pty Ltd A.B.N. 38 103 196 792 (“Institute“).
Each Course Participant will be required to acknowledge having read this ‘Intellectual Property Notice’ and the ‘Conditions of Use’ agreement. It is a requirement that registrants for courses, programs, webinars events and offerings acknowledge having read these documents at the time of registration. In person course attendees are required to sign an offline copy of the ‘Conditions of Use’ agreement prior to the commencement of their course.

Intellectual Property Notice
The Watson Headache® Institute Pty Ltd (“Institute”) serves its community through the development, management and communication of intellectual property. Quality cannot be maintained if due respect is not given to the Institute’s content as protected by intellectual property law (which includes copyright, confidential information, trade marks and domain law policies).
For that purpose this Intellectual Property Notice sets out limitations and prohibitions. They are additional to those in the Institute’s following public legal documents – ‘Intellectual Property Notice’, ‘Conditions of Use’, ‘Marketing Permission Given to Course Attendees’, ‘Permission Agreement to Use the Name’ and ‘Charter for Use of Content’.
The Institute’s content includes the Institute’s intellectual property and digital, hard copy, written and verbal information and materials and their underlying principles as provided before, during or after Institute courses, programs, webinars, events and publications including attachments, written material, ideas, concepts, images, diagrams and videos (collectively “Institute Content”). The Institute’s trade marks include those below without limitation.
