Intellectual Property Notice

For Watson Headache® Institute Courses, Programs, Webinars, Events, Symposium, Publications and offerings.

This Intellectual Property Notice applies to all courses, programs, webinars, events, publications and offerings including the Level 1 Foundation, Level 2 Consolidation, Level 1 and 2 Update Day, Level 3 Certification, Level 3 Collegiate Update Day Headache Courses

Each Course Participant will be required to acknowledge having read the ā€˜Intellectual Property Notice’ and the ā€˜Conditions of Use’ document. It is a requirement that registrants for courses, programs and webinars acknowledge having read these documents at the time of registration. Course attendees are required to sign an offline copy of the ā€˜Conditions of Use’ document prior to the commencement of their course.

Intellectual Property Notice

The Watson HeadacheĀ® Institute Pty Ltd (ā€œInstituteā€) serves its community through the development, management and communication of intellectual property. Quality cannot be maintained if due respect is not given to the Institute’s content as protected by intellectual property law (which includes copyright, confidential information, trade marks and domain law policies).

For that purpose this Intellectual Property Notice sets out limitations and prohibitions. They are additional to those in the Institute’s ā€œIP User Manualā€, ā€œConditions of Useā€, ā€œMarketing Permission Given to Course Attendeesā€ and ā€œPermission Agreement to Use the Nameā€.

The Institute’s content includes the Institute’s intellectual property and digital, hard copy, written and verbal information and materials and their underlying principles as provided before, during or after Institute courses, programs, webinars, events and publications including attachments, written material, ideas, concepts, images, diagrams and videos (collectively ā€œInstitute Contentā€). The Institute’s trade marks include those below without limitation.
