Intellectual Property Notice
The Watson Headache® Institute Pty Ltd (“Institute”) serves its community through the development, management and communication of intellectual property. Quality cannot be maintained if due respect is not given to the Institute’s content as protected by intellectual property law (which includes copyright, confidential information, trade marks and domain law policies).
For that purpose this Intellectual Property Notice sets out limitations and prohibitions. They are additional to those in the Institute’s “IP User Manual”, “Conditions of Use”, “Marketing Permission Given to Course Attendees” and “Permission Agreement to Use the Name”.
The Institute’s content includes the Institute’s intellectual property and digital, hard copy, written and verbal information and materials and their underlying principles as provided before, during or after Institute courses, programs, webinars, events and publications including attachments, written material, ideas, concepts, images, diagrams and videos (collectively “Institute Content”). The Institute’s trade marks include those below without limitation.
